The unit features five (5) airconditioned private bedroom with four (4) toilet & bath, good for 27 adults with a comfortable bed and linens, along with ample storage space for your belongings. The unit also has sofa beds in the living room for guests to have a convenient and versatile option for providing additional sleeping space that can accommodate additional guests.

In excess of the number of pax booked, we charge additional Php 1,500.00 per pax per night. We will request this thur Gcash. 2 years old and below are free.

Early check-in fee before 2pm, we charge Php 1,000.00 per hour. However, if you arrive early, you may enjoy the resort and beach while waiting for your room to be prepared. This is free.

Late check-out fee after 12nn has an extension fee of Php 1,000.00 per hour.

We’re happy to let you know that pets are allowed in our unit. However, only maximum of three (3) small to medium breed are allowed with a Pet fee of PHP 2,000 per stay.

NOTE: Canyon Cove management doesn’t allow pets at the pool and beach areas.

1. A TV sala offers a comfortable and convenient living space for families, couples, or groups of friends. You may bring your laptop and attach it to the HDMI cable provided to play music or movies you want.

2. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and appliances, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

In addition to the kitchen, there is also a BBQ stand available for guests to use, making it perfect for those who enjoy outdoor grilling and dining. The toilet is located within the property and features modern amenities such as a toilet, sink, and shower.

3. The sala, which is a covered outdoor seating area, provides a cozy space for guests to relax, socialize, or simply enjoy the fresh air. This area can be used as an additional dining area, a reading spot, or a place to lounge and unwind.

4. The unit is at the 3rd Floor, which is above one street level. Parking is available in front of the building.

5. Island Cafe is Canyon Cove’s main restaurant that gives your palate a taste of first-class American, Filipino, and Asian Cuisines. It has an indoor and al fresco area where you can live up to the tropical atmosphere while savoring your food.

6. Relax in the biggest recreational swimming pool in Nasugbu, Batangas while your kids splatter in the shallow Kiddie Pool. Sit back and order a refreshing cocktail under a cabana, while watching the picturesque sunset.

**Apartment pool and beach is free of charge. No need to pay for hotel entrance fee unless you will use the hotel facilities.

7. You may purchase hotel amenities/island activities in the hotel lobby, such as:
Dash 'n Splash / Kayak / Snorkel / Free Dive / Scuba Diving / Paddle Board / Jet Ski / Jetovator / Island Hopping / Cliff Jumping / Speed Boat / Skimboard / Banana Boat / Bandwagon / Giant Volleyball/ inflatable pool

Hotel Resort Fee:
Php 500.00 per pax on weekdays (Mon to Friday)
Php 750.00 per pax on weekends (Sat to Sunday)

8. Quiet time after 11pm is to be followed , for us to not disturb other guests from the apartment.
