Bonifacio Global City (BGC) / Taguig Apartments

Additional House Rules:
1. A security deposit of PHP 5,000 will be collected during check-in and will be returned if there are no damages or missing items upon check-out. The collection of the Security Deposit can be done through different modes: PayPal, GCash or Bank transfer.
2. To facilitate a smooth check-in process, please provide us a copy of (1) valid IDs or passports of the guests / companions that are staying in the apartment, as mandated by the building. Please send these at least a day before the check-in date so our team can file the necessary paperwork and avoid delays or inconvenience.
3. We strictly do NOT allow our apartment to be used in any illegal activities of any kind or form.
4. To better offer competitive prices that guests enjoy, please TURN-OFF the AC when leaving the apartment.
5. Kindly observe and follow building rules as violating these may pose fines:
- Strictly NO smoking in the unit or in common areas. There is a designated smoking area located in the 3rd floor and pool area. A fine of $500 USD will be imposed.
- Wear proper attire when using the pool or gym.
- Refrain from making loud noises especially at quite hours (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Parties / gatherings in the apartment is not allowed.
- In case of property damage (in the unit or common areas), please report breakages / damages to us immediately as some may pose danger to the guests.
6. Please treat the apartment like it is your own and keep it clean and tidy.
Cleaning materials such as dust pan and broom are available, several trash bins are located in rooms / kitchen.
- Please DISPOSE food remants, used wet wipes, tissue paper, sanitary napkins or packets of foils and rubber (if you know what I mean) in the trash bin located in the kitchen / bathroom.
- Trash collection area is located in Basement 2. Leaving the trash bag outside the apartment unit (in the hallway) will automatically incur fines.
7. The keys and cards are important to our operations. It ensures smooth check in process to our future guests, hence, failure to return the keys within 2 hours of checkout time will be charged Php 2,000 per set.
8. Early check-in at 2 pm or late check out of 11 am is subject to availability.
