Rates are inclusive of electricity and water charges, please be mindfull of the usage turn of the appliances when not in use or leaving the apartment.
Strictly no vaping and smoking inside the unit, strictly Prohibited inside the ROOM and CR. This is Subject for 2,000 penalty, you can smoke in the designated area outside the building
For those who want to cook Light cooking only and the preparation/cooking of strong aromatic food is not allowed
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, gambling and heavy Dringking.
Avoid throwing tissue paper, napkins or any other items inside the toilet to prevent any issues of clogging.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
Please report Damage Immediately
CANDLE and incense are prohibited.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the apartment

Please TURN OFF all Appliances when not in use, or leaving the apartment.
500 cleaning fee will be charged if you leave the unit dirty
