The hotel was very inviting and clean… were greeted with a cold drink and a cold wet towel for the heat… staff is incredibly nice and hospitable.. the room was very spacious and clean.. my favorite was the big roomy shower and huge towels!! The food, not so much. They need a big improvement on the food, the Chicken, rice and fruit was good for their morning brunch… but not even the coffee was good, please improve for a more quality stay.. but thank you… it was great to stay there.. QUIET

Had an amazing stay in one of their beautiful private villa. The plunge pool was perfect for relaxing and added a real sense of luxury to the experience. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were amazing, attentive, friendly, and willing to help with anything needed. The surroundings were stunning, with peaceful scenery that made it feel like a true escape, even if it was only for one night :)

The real treasure of this hotel is the hospitality and kindness of the staff, especially Jomar at the front desk. Everyone was respectful and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was clean and quiet — I absolutely loved my stay. See you again.

I absolutely loved this place!! I can’t say enough about it. The staff was so sweet, kind and helpful. They arranged transport for us more than once, they helped in every way possible when we needed anything. The rooms were impeccably clean. Honestly, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world literally. Highly recommend this place and the staff here. When we travel, we never want to stay in a place more than once. We’re definitely going back here!! Also, they cleaned the private pool in our villa every day as well. Just top tier service all around.

Excellent excellent excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing. The property is very pleasant, quaint, quiet, and truly recharging. The bed was extremely comfortable. It really allows the opportunity to decompress, disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended and I will return.

Great place like it's hidden from the road and nice size pool with few guestrooms so you can actually go for a swim. Room was fabulous and clean. Only gripe is that it takes a while to fill the bath tub Air con was good. Nice relax seats by the pool. Breakfast was ok but it changes every day Staff was helpful Definitely would came back

Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Essen war ebenfalls gut und riesige Portionen. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Bad war offen aber dank Netzen an den fenstern nahezu frei von tieren/ Insekten. Alles nötige ist vorhanden.

A Hidden Gem of Tranquility and Charm! Carpe Diem Villa and Resort is a true oasis in Puerto Princesa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful, Balinese-inspired atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and elegant sculptures. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped — we especially loved the private pool access, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even helping us plan local tours and arranging transport when needed. The main pool area is stunning and well-maintained — perfect for lounging with a drink from the poolside bar. Dining at their restaurant was a delightful surprise. The fusion of French and Filipino flavors made for a unique and satisfying experience, though we would have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast options. While the resort is tucked away from the main town, it’s a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Just be prepared to arrange transportation if you plan to explore more of the city. Overall, Carpe Diem is the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and attentive service. We’re already planning our next visit! Rating: 4.7/5

After a 4day balabac tour this property is exactly what we needed. Very clean and the staff were amazing!!! Rose, angel and chris were all amazing ! Bedroom was perfect, air conditioning was perfect and the shower was pure bliss!!!!

Personal pool, a large general pool, great cooking (rare) and the personnel was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms huge. The only downside were the roaches (3/4) walking around on the buffet during breakfast. The breakfast is well protected, but it is still a little unsettling.
