Casita Blanca Jala-Jala - Tiny House & Farm Stay

USE OF DIPPING POOL
• We have a small dipping pool / outdoor bath tub that comes with the casitas. Please swim at your own risk as we don’t have lifeguard on duty.
• Strictly no diving, swimming pool is shallow and not intended for diving.
• Proper swimming outfit is recommended– swimsuit for all females and swimming trunk/
shorts for males including children. Fabrics made of cotton are not allowed.
• Please use the outdoor shower to cleanse before going into swimming pool.
• Please don’t eat or bring food in the pool and please don’t use glassware of any kind to prevent accidental breakage.
• Guests who are under heavy influence of alcohol are strictly not allowed inside the pool.
• No running on the deck or horse play in the pool.
• All children under 12 years old and under 4ft in height must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can swim.
• Children with diapers are required to use plastic pants over the diaper for health reason. The plastic pants prevent accidental disposal of bodily waste.
• If you have a communicable disease, please do not use the swimming pool as you can transmit the disease to others.
• Bathers with seizures, heart or circulatory issues are advised to swim with a buddy.
• Hosts reserve the right to refuse admittance to, or eject from the pool premises to anyone who fails to comply with any of the above rules and regulations.

COOKING
We allow cooked foods brought in with no surcharges / corkage
Cooking inside the Casitas is also allowed. We will provide basic necessities you would need in a vacation house i.e. working kitchen with basic cookware and utensils (1 induction cooker, 3 cookwares and basic cooking utensil)
We don’t have cooking equipment and tools for heavy cooking.
We have a 2-burner gas stove that can be rented out for 200 pesos.
We allow barbeque grilling but only on the designated areas provided
For parties of events, you can bring in catering free or charge.

OTHER REMINDERS
Pets are allowed but please observe proper care and waste disposal for your pets
Smoking is allowed anywhere outside the casitas. Smoking is not allowed inside the casitas and the bedrooms. Please dispose off cigarette butts properly
Putting up tents or any other objects are allowed as long as you can find a proper place to put your tents up.
For parties or event decorations, use of any stickies to the wall are not allowed. Please put up your decors using ropes, nylons and the like.
Strictly no firearms and other deadly weapons brought into the resort premises
Use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the casitas.
The resort is not liable of anything damaged or lost during the storage. •
