Condo for Shortay in Ermita near SLMC & US Embassy

This is just a friendly reminder of the house rules.

House Rules:

1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability, with a charge of ₱150 per hour.

2. Late check in beyond 8:00PM will incur additional charge of ₱200.00 (payable upon check-in). This is for our caretaker that needs to commute back to her place past the check-in hours

3. Guests: No unregistered guests are allowed. Extra guests will be charged ₱500 per head, as long as they do not exceed the maximum allowable number of guests in the unit.

4. Housekeeping:
- Please remove your shoes/slippers
and use the provided slippers inside
the unit.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed
(Penalty: ₱5,000.00).

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Do not rearrange the furniture.

5. Care of Furnishings: Please take good care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for any damages that may occur during your stay.

6. Toilet Etiquette: Do not flush sanitary products down the toilet.

7. Cooking: Avoid cooking food with strong or foul odors (penalty: ₱5,000.00). Please do your dishes and keep the space clean.

8. Appliances: Do not put metal or foil in the microwave, and clean it after use.

9. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the noise levels.

10. Door and Keys: Please close the door gently. Take extra care of your keys; lost keys incur a replacement fee of ₱1,800.00.

Check-out:

* Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability, with a charge of ₱150 per hour.

* Before Leaving:

- Close all windows and doors.

- Unplug appliances and turn off
lights.

- Clean as you go (CLAYGO).

- Take out the trash.

- Leave the key in the mailbox..

In Case of Emergency:
Please notify the Front Desk in the event of a fire or other emergencies. A map showing emergency exits can be found in the hallway. The unit is equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. If you have any issues, please contact us immediately.
