2. Send your LICENSED PLATE #, VEHICLE MODEL and COLOR If you have, to register a parking slot in ADVANCE. (No plate#, No parking) UNREGISTERED GUESTS & VEHICLE CANNOT ENTER PREMISES

CHECK IN DETAILS
Check in details will be sent to you on your booked date, PRIOR to your arrival time.

Once you have settled the payment, you have agreed to follow our RULES AND POLICY.

- Neither owner nor management shall be liable for any personal injury sustained by guests or guests’ visitor in or about La Verti Residences South/North tower or within its units or for any loss or damage to personal belongings of guests occupying the rooms whether caused by or resulting from fire, explosion, theft, vandalism, unlawful entry, electricity, gas, water, the elements, the acts of other persons and/or other guests, or any other cause whatsoever, unless the injury, loss or damage is due to the negligence of owner, unit & hotel manager, building management or their employees.

Some things to consider:
- All rooms are NON SMOKING. Penalty is ₱5,000
- Alcohol consumption: PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
- Throw away your consumed bottles.
- We don't tolerate highly intoxicated/drunk guests (Avoid any arguments, No violence is tolerated)
- DO NOT stain any linen/fabrics (penalty applies)
- Damaged/missing item in the room is charged to guest accordingly upon check out
- STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED
- Please do not rearrange the appliances or furniture based on personal preferences.

NOTE:
- Only light cooking for basic meals is allowed in the room. (steam, boil, stir fry ..)
- Cooking food and storing food in the fridge with STRONG AROMA/ODOR is strictly PROHIBITED
- The smell can linger in the room for hours/days and requires extra cleaning time, effort and sanitizers.
*If unit smells of cooking odors upon your departure, we will charge P1,000 for extra cleaning charges.*
- We always want our rooms to smell fresh and clean for you and our next guests.
- We provide freshly washed and ironed linens everyday, please take care of them.
- Wipe kitchen walls thoroughly for possible oil splatters (if you cooked).
- WASH YOUR DISHES AFTER USE.
- Throw garbage at the parking levels (2nd - 6th floor).
- DO NOT leave your things unattended, we are not responsible (for any lost/left/misplaced items).
- PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEY. Lost keys are charged P500 each.

SWIMMING POOL POLICY:
- Please wear proper SWIMWEAR
- Guests can swim only from TIME of CHECK IN - before CHECK OUT
- NO early swimming: before check in/past check out time
- Pool users must dry themselves first before going out into the hallway and elevator.
- Parents please look after your children at all times.

Some noise from outside the building may be heard during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

Please respect QUIET hours and the neighbors from other units
