House Rules & Policy
👉1. No unauthorized visitors/guests allowed. All visitors/guests of a registered tenants/guests are subject for approval of Unit Owner, without the permission, you are not allowed to accept any guests.
👉2. You may use all the provided appliances, things, items inside the unit. For consumable items such as drinking water in the Purified/Mineral Container, soap, cleaning materials are free to use. Those consumable items with written price tags such as groceries in the cabinet, i.e snacks, ready in cans noodles, drinks & foods inside the refrigerator are subject with price tag or payment. Pay as you order policy is implemented.
👉3. Using microwave oven for reheating foods, those food items with foils are not allowed to reheat due of safety hazards, kindly transfer the foods to plate dishes and cover it to avoid splashing of foods inside the microwave oven.
👉 4. Pets are not allowed inside the unit due of Coast Residences Management policy.
👉5. No littering inside and outside the unit and premises.
6. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit due of smoke detector.
👉7. No hanging of clothes in the balcony as per Coast Management Policy.
👉8. No Vandalism , no loud music/sounds allowed
👉9. Security deposit of P 1,000 php or amount given by the Unit Owner will be collected before check in, if no damages, missing items and no issues upon check out, the security deposit is refundable. Deposit is forfeited if found out with damages or missing items.
👉10. The guests are responsible for paying the actual cost of repairs and for any items that are damaged or missing in the case that damages or missing items are discovered during a proper check-up. This payment is in addition to the forfeited security deposit.
11. Cancellation is not allowed after sending the initial payment. No refund for cancellation of booking or reservation.
