Additional rules
*** Children are not allowed on the balcony. Parents and adult companions are responsible for their safety. When checking in with children, always lock the door to the balcony.

*** No partying allowed. Please minimize your noise as there are also guests in the adjacent unit.

*** No eating and drinking on the bed. STRICTLY NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed in the unit and on the balcony.

*** Please observe check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late check-out may be allowed depending on the availability of the unit and for an additional fee of Php100 per hour.

*** Only light cooking and re-heating of food is allowed. No deep-frying or cooking of smelly food.

*** For your safety, STRICTLY no visitors and unregistered guests are allowed inside the unit.

*** Please leave the unit as it was when you checked in. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages/repairs.

*** A security deposit of Php1000 is required upon check-in to answer for any damage caused to the property and/or its furnishings. Please give the said amount to the caretaker. She will return it to you upon check-out after ensuring that there are no missing items or damage caused to the unit and/or furnishings.

*** To ensure your comfortable stay, please do not hesitate to ask our caretaker about any assistance you might need.
