1. Please, Only pets that are less than 1 foot in sitting height are permitted, and only 2 pets per staycation.

3. Please, any damage your pet might cause, you will pay for it.
4. Please, do not leave your dog on the terrace, swimming pool, Roof Deck, garden or in the room alone.

★ MANDATORY WEEKLY CLEANING FOR LONG TERM GUESTS ★
For our guests staying for more than a week or monthly stays, we are offering a mandatory weekly cleaning free of charge. Please give us your most convenient time so we can schedule the weekly cleaning with our team.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking (including vape and other illicit drugs) please use the Balcony.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We do not allow parties and events during your stay. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ NO GLITTERS, CONFETTI, OR SLIME ★ Please don't use any glitters, confetti, or slime during your stay. These are very difficult to clean as they stick to the floor and furniture. Any evidence will result in a $100 fee for removal and furniture cleaning.
★ PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES ★ Help us maintain the cleanliness of our home. Kindly remove your shoes at the door. We are providing slippers for your convenience.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
Please minimize noise during quiet hours - 10 pm until 7 am.
★ NO LATE CHECK-OUT ★
Please observe check-out time at 12 p.m. This will allow us to have time to clean and sanitize the condo before the next guests arrive. Late Check-Out is only allowed if with prior permission from the host and provided there will be no guests checking in on that day. There will be an incurring fee of Php 300 per hour for late checkout.
★ ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LIST OF FURNITURE & APPLIANCES ★
Upon booking, you acknowledge that everything on the list is in good condition. Any damaged or stolen items during your stay will be charged to guests.
★ PLEASE TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND APPLIANCES & CLOSE THE BALCONY & FRONT DOOR WHEN LEAVING THE CONDO UNIT ★
Please make sure to turn the lights off and all appliances when you are ready to leave the condo and make sure to close all the doors including the balcony and front door when you are about to explore the neighborhood.
★ PLEASE DON'T FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOILET★
Items such as toilet paper, baby wipes, makeup removal wipes, paper towels, cleaning wipes, feminine products like sanitary napkins and panty liners, or any other trash to avoid sewer and plumbing problems. Kindly dispose of them properly in the trash can. Plumbing problems due to clogged toilets will be charged either $100 or the actual cost of plumbing repair.
★ PLEASE DON'T USE THE TOWELS TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP ★
Please use makeup remover. Makeup stains on the towels will be charged accordingly.
★ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ★
For your safety and security, only registered guests will be allowed during your stay. Valid IDs are required to process the Guest Authorization Form to gain access to the condo building.
★ NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING ★
Photoshoots and video shoots that are intended for commercial use are not allowed including those of sexual or porn in nature. However, travel & lifestyle vloggers as well as content creators & influencers are welcome to film their staycation.
★ PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE UNIT INCLUDING TRASH, PARCELS, FOOD ETC ★
Please do not leave anything by the door (outside the unit) which includes trash, parcels, food delivery, or everything else. The condo admin requires that the hallway be free from any obstruction. It is mainly for safety and sanitary purposes.
★ NO ILLICIT OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN THE UNIT OR THE BUILDING PREMISES★
Any illegal activities, including but not limited to, using prohibited drugs, adult sexual/porn videos, and all other illicit activities are not allowed.
★ PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY CONCERNS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ★
Please let us know if you encounter any problems or concerns within the first 6 hours of your stay and we will do our best to address and rectify the situation.
★ PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE & DECOR ★
Kindly keep our condo furniture, appliances, gadgets, and decor in their designated places.
★ WHEN USING THE WASHING MACHINE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE HOSE IS PROPERLY CONNECTED TO ITS DESIGNATED DRAIN TO AVOID FLOODING ★
Please check properly if the hose is connected to its designated drain to avoid flooding before you turn on the washing machine.
★ PLEASE SECURE YOUR VALUABLES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT ALL TIMES ★
Kindly ensure that all your valuables & personal belongings are secure during your stay. We are not going to be responsible for any damages or loss.
