⭐CHECK IN TIME: STandard check in time is 3:00pm while check out time is at 12 noon. Upon arrival pls register first in the lobby.
⭐Self check in . I have keybox at the door. Lock combination will be given prior check in. Present a valid ID for verification at the reception in the ground floor lobby or or 3rd floor lobby. After registration you may proceed directly to the unit.
⭐We will personally collect the keys at exactly 12 noon. We need at least 2Hours to prepare and clean the entire unit as courtesy to our next guests.
⭐If you intend to check out earlier than 12noon, advise us 3 hours prior leaving for a proper turn over of unit & keys. Guards are not allowed to be custodian of our keys.
⭐REGISTERED GUESTS: Only registered guests whose names are on the list are only allowed to enter the unit and use the facilities. If you have visitor must inform us ahead of time.
⭐Maximum capacity is 2PAX ONLY
⭐COOKING UTENSILS: Cooking utensils chinawares, silverwares are available.
⭐FIREARMS & DEADLY WEAPONS: NoT allowed inside the unit
⭐FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Bringing of food is allowed. Strictly to be consumed inside the unit.
⭐GAMBLING AND DRUGS: Not allowed at any place in the premises
⭐IN ROOM FURNITURE: Should not be re arranged. Damage to property will be charged accordingly.
⭐LOSSES, DAMAGES &BREAKAGES: Any damages,losses and breakages shall be charged to guest account. Guests are expected to take care of all the fixtures and decorations found inside our unit.
⭐PETS: Not allowed
⭐SAFETY: To ensure public safety & comfort, pls refrain from bringing anything flammable, explosives,toxic and odorous into the room.
⭐USE OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES: Switch off appliances when not in use and before leaving room for safety purposes. Turn off the aircondition unit & other electrical appliances.
⭐ADMIN POLICIES: Do not hang anything out on the balcony to avoid penalty. No loud noises that will disturb other guest. Be mindful of other guests, Do your best to ensure other guests are enjoying their stay as much as you are by being mindful of your noise level.
⭐Night Time peace & quiet period : 10PM to 8AM.
⭐GARBAGES: • Dispose your garbage properly. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely.
⭐Do Not place your garbage in the hallways & balcony.
⭐ Do not Flush tissues/ napkins into the toilet bowl.
⭐SMOKING- • Smoking is not allowed inside the unit for safety reasons. Unit is equipped with fire & smoke alarms for your safety. Please use the roof deck should you need to smoke.
⭐EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Subject to availability and has corresponding charge of 100 per hr.
⭐KEYS: • Lost or Damage Keys will be charge P1000.
⭐ Please don’t forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible or liable to any loss.
⭐ Guests shall be responsible for personal injuries,accidents or damage/loss to guests personal belongings sustained in the unit or within the building premises.
⭐ROOM SET UP: Set up is not allowed inside unless with our approval. This is to prevent any damages inside especially on the wall painting. Every wall paint damages shall be charged 500 each.

⭐Please coordinate in advance your estimated arrival and departure time to avoid delays in check in/out/.
⭐Early check in and late check out is always subject tp availability and corresponding charges may apply
⭐Regardless of late check in or early check out rates are fixed.
Other things to Note:
⭐Please bring your own toiletries, drinking water and slippers
⭐No 24/7 room service like hotels

⭐Fire Alarm & Sprinkler ( also available inside the Unit)
⭐Dont hang clothes in the balcony-P500 penalty

Open 6am-10pm Proper Swimming Attire
Closed : every Monday & Thursday for cleaning
If Holiday falls on a Thursday/ Monday cleaning will be on the next day
⭐Roof Top View Deck (23rd level)
⭐Trolley/ Push cart is available upon request to the guard ( self-service)
⭐Pay Parking Entrance
• Payable to the guard on duty at the ground floor or 3rd level entrance
• P60 per entry ( Mon- Thu)
• P80 per entry ( Fri- Sun & Holidays)
⭐NOTE: PARKING SPACES ARE ON A FIRST COME , FIRST SERVED BASIS AND SUBJECT TO DAILY PARKING FEES. STRICTLY NO RESERVATION OF PARKING SLOT SHALL BE ACCOMMODATED.
⭐CANCELLATION WITHIN 7DAYS NO LONGER REFUNDABLE.
REBOOKING PENALTY
PHP 800- 10 DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKED DATE
PHP 1000- WITHIN 7DAYS BEFORE THE BOOKED DATE
BEFORE WE APPROVED ANY ALTERATION OF DATES.
