Cozy Private Room D at 3Z Transient House

1. Check-in Requirement: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a copy or photo of their latest and valid ID (passport for foreigners and government issued ID for locals).
2. Check in/out: Early check in and late check out will incur additional fee of Php 200/hour, but subject to availability if there are no current and incoming guests.
3. Security Deposit: Upon check-in, a security deposit of Php 2000.00 should be given to our caretaker (Ate Rose). Security deposit is for repairs or damages in the transient house caused by negligence of guests. Full refund will be applied upon check out for the return of the transient in good and proper condition.
4. Pets Policy: Only 2 pets are allowed, and a pet fee of 300/pet/night will be charged. Pets must be well-trained, wear diaper, and must be supervised at all times. Please DO NOT leave your pet alone, especially in an unfamiliar environment. NO pets on furniture, couch, and beds. Pick-up pet waste, and keep pets quiet and on-leash. NO water bowls on carpet, and please sweep pet hair before you leave. Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the guest and must be paid immediately upon the presentation of an invoice.
5. Cancelation Policy: In case of over booking or cancelation within 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of day/s canceled shall ONLY be refunded. If the guest doesn't show up, you will be charged the total price of the booking.
6. Visitors: NO additional overnight guests or outside visitors are allowed without prior approval. Please observe the maximum number of guests per night specified in your booking. Visitors are allowed to stay until 10PM ONLY.
7. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. During these hours, noise levels in the unit and communal areas should be kept to a minimum.
8. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please smoke outside the building and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
9. Events: Parties or events are not allowed.
10. Stains: Please handle our towels, bed linens, couch, and carpet with care. Please handle things carefully, as there will be Php 100 cost for each item stained - especially with wine or blood. We will promptly notify you of any stains upon checkout. 
11. Check out: Please clean as you go, and wash the dishes and kitchenware used.

Other things to note:
1. Accidents and Safety: Please exercise caution while using any electrical appliances and unplug when not in use to avoid the risk of overheating, which may cause fire.
2. Turn Things Off: Please remember to turn off all appliances and lights before leaving.
3. Loss or Damage to Property: Please be aware that we are not held accountable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay.
4. Parking: Overnight parking is available within the premises. However, if parking spaces are limited, there is a parking alternative right next to the fence.
5. Host Assistance: We may not be available 24/7, but we'll try our best to address any concerns and issues that may arise during your stay.
6. Security: Surveillance cameras are installed on the property to provide a safe and secure environment for you to stay in.
