1. DO’s and DON’Ts
Only light cooking is allowed.
o Please ensure to turn on the range hood (exhaust) while cooking.
o No cooking of dried fish and the likes. No cooking of samgyeopsal. In general, no cooking of food with strong smell/aroma.
Early check-in / Late check-out request is subject to availability and subject to a per hour fee of P150. Must let the host know in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking / Vaping is not allowed inside the unit. Fine will be imposed at P1,000.
No parties / events / decors set-up.
No loud noise.
No visitors. Guests are not allowed to accept visitors without prior authorization of
the unit owner/host.
EXCEPTION: For long-term guests who wish to invite visitors in the unit, please coordinate first with the unit owner/host. Without the AUTHORIZATION from the unit owner/host, the condo security personnel will not allow entry of visitors. Please seek consent at least 2 days before the arrival of visitors.
Authorized visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the unit.
(Visiting Hours: 8am – 6pm only)
Maximum of 4pax only are allowed in the unit (including the authorized guests and the authorized visitors).

3. GUEST ACCESS
Swimming Pool:
Swimming pool access is available from 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Sunday.
Authorized guests must advise the unit owner in advance if they intend to use the swimming pool and pre-pay the corresponding fees.
No swimming pool coupon, no access.

Parking:
Option 1 : Parking inside the condo property
Other unit owners are renting out their parking space for daily or overnight use. Subject to availability. It is advised that reservation be made in advance.

Option 2 : Street Parking
Parking areas are available outside the compound of Hope Residences, free of charge. No security.
Option 3: Parking at SM
Paid overnight parking is available at SM City Trece Martires (very short walking distance), but an endorsement from the unit owner/host will be required by SM Management.
(Please let us know if you are opting to park at SM)
NOTE: Vehicle entry will be allowed at Hope Residences only for quick drop-off/pick-up.
Entrance Gates:
GATE 1 (Main Gate) is open 24/7. It is accessible to authorized guests with vehicle.
GATE 2 of Hope Residences is directly accessible to the mall (SM Trece). It is open from 7am to 9pm only. No vehicle entry.
4. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
a) Approved Guests may do self check-in.
In certain instances, the host will personally meet with the guest/s to assist with the check-in process.
b) Maximum unit occupancy is 4 pax.
c) We have a MINI-BAR. Price List is posted on the fridge. Payment for goods consumed shall be via Gcash (09174688960), or for collection upon check-out.
d) Damaged/Broken items inside the unit during the guest’s stay will be charged accordingly.
e) Please do not re-arrange the furniture and/or decors in the unit.
f) CLEAN AS YOU GO, please.
g) Inventory/Inspection will be conducted after check-out. The deposit will be refunded via Gcash of Bank Transfer after inventory/inspection.
h) IMPORTANT! – Please read the attached ANNEX A – RULES by SMDC Hope Residences
i) Please ensure adherence to the House Rules to avoid any violation and penalty fee.
5. DEPOSIT POLICY
a) For daily-stays : A cash incidental deposit of P1,000 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
b) For weekly-stays : A cash incidental deposit of 2,000 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
c) For monthly-stays : A cash incidental deposit of P5,000 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Strictly no cancellation of booking.
Dates are non-rebookable.
Booking cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
