Parties and Celebrations: Feel free to celebrate near the pool area, where tables are provided for your convenience. Parties are not allowed inside the unit. 3. Noise Consideration: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially from 10:00 Pm onwards, to respect the comfort of other residents. 4. Shower Heater Settings: Adjusting the shower heater settings is discouraged. It is preset to ensure your safety from scalding water. 5. Sink Strainer: Please do not remove the strainer in the sink to prevent clogs. 6. Kitchen Appliances: Electric cookers and a water heater are available for your use and are stored on the kitchen shelves. 7. Tissue Disposal: Dispose of all tissue in the trash bin, not in the sink or toilet, to avoid plumbing issues. 8. Drying Clothes: A drying hanger is provided on the balcony. Please refrain from hanging wet clothes on the balcony railing. 9. Circuit Breakers: Located at the entrance door for your safety and convenience. 10. Fire Extinguisher: You can find the fire extinguisher beside the mini-refrigerator.
