The beach is lovely, but there people selling goods that won't leave you alone that kind of ruins the experience.

All the staff are friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The tour around the resort and driven to our cabin in a golf cart was really nice. Our beach front cabin was perfect. Loved the complimentary warm & delicious banana bread to cabin guests. Also booked a pod/cocoon room in addition and that's pretty cool. The swimming pool is awesome with slides that's perfect for kids. There's also a basketball court and you can borrow bikes to use around the premises. There's only one restaurant in the resort and it would be better to have multiple choices. There's a coffee & ice cream truck but I suggest a Food Court since the resort is HUGE and there's plenty of space. I highly highly recommend this place for family and couples and I would definitely go back .

I appreciate how easy and quick it was to check in, especially as the hotel is so nice and clean. The only downside is there is no phone. When we called more than six of the number on the room, no one answered. After a brownout, it took about 23 hours, and we didn't hear any apology from any of the staff, making our vacation unable to eat and relax properly.

We are celebrating a wedding anniversary and the birth of our 3 kids. Our family likes to walk, stay and swim on the beach and found there are a lot of seagrass. The staff is friendly, the swimming pool is great, and the place is definitely Instagram worthy.

The Crusoe cabins have a splendid history and are among the most wonderful places ever. We got to experience this pandemic during our time there. We would like to thank the reservations staff, including rem and of course, Catherine, who streamlined our inquiries and demands as we are bringing our two young children. The resort provided us with everything we required and needed. First of all, the beachfront cottage is recommended. When it was also our wedding anniversary, we had a private dinner by the beach and our cabin, and the rib shack took excellent care of everything planning, setting up, and delicious fare. You must order their choir burger and ribs. The second restaurant also provided excellent service and cuisine, particularly the singing na baby, which our kids loved. Nothing was too much to have all of our food delivered to the cabin because we had everything brought to the cabin. We strolled all over the resort and enjoyed a great bonfire. Thats the most crucial aspect of the resort because the kids loved the stay and service. Certainly, we'll return.

The beach is wonderful, the cabin is unique, but a bit rundown, and the staff is terrible except for Sir One. Not coming back, and every night I'll seek another place to stay. Around 12:45 pm, we landed. We had to wait at any cabana within the resort before being informed that they had leased the cabana, and check-in was quick. There were numerous individuals present, but only one cabana was left in locations that were not sunny. We waited there until rp, until a family visited and informed us to leave because they had leased it. We were bumped off and left without a spot to remain. For checked-in guests, the administration should have a designated spot to stay. The aircon in our room was broken, too. Before I can leave the cabin, I must wait for the maintenance to finish. I'm glad my friend was present who diligently and patiently managed our air conditioning system. It was a huge letdown for me to not be there while I was looking at the slide because it was already closing at 530 p.m. because they weren't aware of the time, because it was already 5:00 p.m. When I went to the slide, it was already closed. If the pool is going to be cleaned every day, the administration should have placed at least two lifeguards

Our stay went well and the place was quite relaxing. Aircon was sufficient but the shower was a bit challenging to get the right temperature.

Nice cabins, spacious, bed was comfortable. Lots of flies, cannot eat at Restaurant as it is open. Hard to contact Guest Services for needs. Beach filled with seagrass, will not recommend for small kids. Okay for groups to hang out
