- Guests are required to provide digital copies of valid government IDs upon check-in for reservation verification.
- Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to. Early check-in, late check-in, or late check-out exceeding one hour from the scheduled times may be accommodated with a Php100/hour fee per room, if 2 bedrooms ₱200 pending availability of the room.
- Due to sanitary reasons (property's proximity to hospitals), we advise guests to bring their own towels. However, sealed towels are available for purchase at ₱50 per pack.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed on the premises. Violation will result in a ₱500 fine per unregistered guest.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fee of Php 5,000 will be charged for violations. The designated smoking area is in the dirty kitchen area.
- Eating or drinking smelly or strong odor food or beverages in the bedrooms is prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please clean as you go.
- Guests are required to take out the trash before departure.
- Guests should handle furnishings with care.
- Damages and losses will be charged based on the price of the items and labor costs.
- Furniture should not be rearranged.
- The use of induction cooker pots and pans is only permitted for light cooking.
- Air conditioning, lights and water should be turned off when leaving the premises. Excessive electric and water consumption than average will be charge accordingly. 800 liters per day for water tank maximum.
- Excessive laundry should be done thru laundry shop.
The monthly rent includes pro-rata charges for electricity and water consumption up to ₱2,000. Beyond that amount, the renter is responsible for the additional payment.
Third Party House Rules:
- We are not liable for the provision of internet, water, and electricity, as these services are provided by third parties. We cannot be held responsible for any disruptions or issues related to these services.
- We cannot be subjected to liability for any technical difficulties or disruptions encountered with the internet, water, and electricity, as these are beyond our control.
- Residents are responsible for addressing any issues with the third-party providers directly, and we encourage prompt communication with them to resolve any service-related concerns.
- By residing in our premises, residents acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any interruptions or problems related to the provision of internet, water, and electricity.
- Any liability related to the provision of internet, water, and electricity lies solely with the third-party providers, and residents are encouraged to refer to their terms and conditions for further information.
- We are not liable for any damage or theft of parked vehicles on the premises.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
- We understand that sometimes plans change. However, please note that any requests for alterations that fall outside of the full refund window, as detailed in our cancellation policy, unfortunately can't be accommodated. We highly recommend finalizing your booking details within this window to ensure a seamless experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As guests, it's essential to be aware of and respect the rules and regulations of our property and the building. Our house are privately owned and managed, and we're committed to upholding a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone. To ensure this, we must sometimes exercise the right to refuse service to individuals who do not adhere to Philippine laws or the standards and policies established by our owners, our HOA, and the Republic of the Philippines.
Please be aware that we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. We may refuse admission, service, or accommodation in our house, or remove a guest without a refund, under the following circumstances:
- Displaying disorderly conduct due to the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, disrupting the peace of other guests and residents, or violating state liquor laws.
- Failure to supervise children adequately at all times.
- Seeking to use the property for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to bring an unlawfully possessed firearm or any other item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that's unlawful to possess and potentially dangerous to other persons.
- Damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to the property or guests.
- Exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the house.
- Refusal to abide by the reasonable standards or policies for our property's operation and management.
