Davao Condo For Rent

Dear guests, thank you for choosing DAVAO BUDGET CONDOTEL!

In order to make your stay in our condo unit a pleasant experience, please follow the House Rules.

1. Guests will be asked to send their IDs to process entry to the condo compound.

2. To save water and electricity, switch off the faucets, lights and appliances when not in use.

3. If you lost our keys and pool passes, we will charge you for replacement.

4. Our unit is fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen cooking tools and dining utensils to make your stay as convenient as possible. An inventory check will be done upon check-in together with the guests and do the same upon check-out. Guests will be charged for any loss and/or damage.

5. Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.).

6. There are no utility bills to be charged for short term stay guests.

7. When you go swimming, bring your clothes so you could change in the toilet nearest to the pool. There is toilet at the clubhouse near the pool do you can change clothes. Arezzo does not allow clients dripping wet while in the elevator. Also do not leave or lose your pool pass. Guests will be charge for every unreturned pool pass.

7. Don’t hang anything at the balcony.

8. Smoking is COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN inside the condominium unit (even in the balcony) or anywhere within the building premises. When planning to smoke, please go out of the building. Ask the guards where the designated smoking area is.

9. It is also prohibited to use any flammables for heating, cooking or the like. Please report to our staff if you noticed that the fire alarm system and sprinkler inside the condo unit are not working. If the smoke alarm is triggered because of smoking or cooking smoky food, you will be fined.

10. It is prohibited to store any explosive, drugs and any other dangerous goods inside the condo unit.

10. Please do not use our unit for business activities or for any purposes other than accommodation. It is strictly prohibited to use our condo unit and the premises for any types of crime acts such as pornography or illegal drug related acts. Please reach out our staff if you want to use our condo unit and/or condominium amenities as a venue for your photo shoot.

11. Avoid cooking food that expels very strong smell or heavy smoke.

12. There shall be no activities that cause unreasonably loud sounds or noises that disturb other unit owners’ peace and comfort, especially starting at 9 PM.

13. Dispose trash properly. We have a bin inside the unit for your trash.

14. Pool is available from Tuesday-Sunday, 7am to 8pm ONLY. Regular maintenance check is done every MONDAY. Please show pool pass once you want to swim. Do not leave pool pass after swimming. You will be charged for pool pass replacement.

15. Do not inflict any damage or destruction on any part of the unit and the common areas. Defacing of property is also prohibited.

16. Parking within Arezzo is on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee is shouldered by the guest. Arezzo charges 10/hr. Motorcycles are free to park in the designated area. In case you fail to take the parking slot, you can avail the space at the carwash fronting Arezzo. They charge 100php or 350php/overnight parking.
