This Deluxe Villa, is a Self-Contained (with kitchen) , meaning, it is not a restaurant. After you cook your own food, please, kindly wash your dishes and the pots you're using to avoid losing your bond deposit of 1,000 pesos (we ask before checking in).
If there is damage/broken that occurs during your stay you are responsible to pay before we allow you to fully check out.
DO NOT LEAVE THINGS UNATTENDED. ALWAYS CHECK WINDOWS AND DOORS IF LOCKED WHEN LEAVING THE VILLA AND WHILST SLEEPING.
BE RESPONSIBLE ALWAYS TURN OFF AIRCON, TV, SHOWER, LIGHTS AND GAS STOVE WHEN YOU'RE NOT USING.
GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AND IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU SIARGAO SUNRISE VILLA IS NOT RELIABLE FOR THE SAFETY WITH YOUR CHILDREN.
Guests can walk around the property and have access to the 150 meters jetty and have an awesome snorkeling experience, as Siargao Sunrise Villa is the best place on Siargao Island where you can see colorful fish.
