DJL House Homestay -Bantayan Island

❌ It's NOT a beachfront house. We are only near the beach, in the coastal part of Bantayan Island.
❌ No hot shower
📌 Quite Hours : 10PM to 6AM
📌 Guests can tour the shoreline to buy fresh seafood from the local fishermen at an affordable price. Guests can also go shell picking during low tide.
📌 We will collect a security deposit of Php2000 upon arrival. This will be returnable upon check out in full if there will be no incidental cost or consumption of beers and drinks we provided in the refrigerator.
📌 Early check-in is allowable but depends on the availability of the house. However, we will charge 200php/hr whole group.
📌 No restaurants nearby. However, lots of convenience stores within the area. We suggest getting your groceries in the Bantayan market before checking in.
📌 Every morning, the water pressure is low. However, we have a back up water that can be utilized.
📌 Strickly NO smoking and vaping inside the house. Designated smoking area are found outside.
📌 We experience southwest monsoon or Habagat during June to November. Shore might be in a good state since many seaweeds were washed-off during that time.
📌 Amihan or northeast monsoon season usually happens during December to May. The beauty of nature and clean shore must be experienced.
