Transient House Booking Policy/Instructions

1. **Reservation Process**:

- All bookings must be made in advance through our official booking channels.
- To reserve your stay, please provide your preferred dates, the number of guests, and any special requirements.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.

2. **Payment Terms**:

- A 50% Downpayment is required, with 20% refundable if you cancel the booking 3 days prior to the booking dates.
- Full payment on the booked date is required before check-in.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, online payment platforms, and cash only.
- Please ensure payment is made within the specified time frame to secure your reservation.

3. **Check-in and Check-out**:

- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to additional charges.

4. **Cancellation Policy**:

- Cancellations made 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 20% refund.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date are NOT eligible for a refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. **House Rules**:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Pets are not allowed as the space is not ideal and spacious enough for any pet animals.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

6. **Additional Services**:

- Optional services such as cleaning, laundry, or transportation can be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
- Kindly inform us in advance if you require any additional services during your stay.

7. **Guest Responsibilities**:

- Guests are expected to treat the property and its amenities with care and respect.
- Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for each accommodation unit. Additional charges may apply for exceeding this limit
- Any complaints or issues during your stay should be reported to the management promptly for resolution.

8. **Security Deposit**:

- A security deposit amounting to 1000.00 pesos may be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
- The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the property.

9. **Disclaimer**:

- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any guest who violates the booking policy or house rules.
- The management shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the guest's stay.
