D'Waldz Villa Tagaytay

We want you to have an amazing stay in our home so make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours. The caretaker will give you a tour of the house on your arrival to answer any questions as to connecting to the internet & how to use the water heater, etc & to make sure your stay is as pleasant as it can be.

House Rules:
1. Please turn off the lights when not in use & when you leave the house. Keep the faucets closed as well.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the house. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred. The list of contents is attached to this house rules.
3. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. This is also important so that we can provide enough towels, bed sheets & blankets. Daily guests are allowed inside however, items lost are the guest's responsibility.
4. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden. As courtesy to our neighbors and security reasons, this place is not rented for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if previously discussed with owner and settled such as karaoke use.
5. Before leaving the house make sure all windows & doors are closed. In case of rain, the water will damage the wooden floor. Always contact the caretaker (Shirley) before leaving regarding returning the keys.
6. This is a smoke free home. Smoking not allowed in the patio & balcony. Smoking is allowed outside the premises like on the street.
7. Security deposit on arrival ($20 or P1000) due to accidental damages or lost of items & it is gladly returned back when you leave. It is collected by the co-host.
8. Please "do not" park inside the patio. Park at the street.
9. Small trained Pets are allowed on considerations only.
10. Please do not touch or reset the timers on Christmas lights or patio lights. Please tell your group.
