I love the location of this property. So close to all shopping areas. Safe neighborhood. This condo has the best view of the city coz it’s on the 23rd floor. The AC is in good condition as it kept the place cool & comfortable specially with Manila’s weather. The place was free of cockroaches! It is reasonably clean. But the toilet seat could be a little cleaner. Water pressure was acceptable. But water heater in the shower didn’t get the water temp warmer as we wanted it to be. The bedrooms were good size. The bed frame was squeaky with every turn & toss I made it woke up my mom. But the mattress was comfortable. Sheets were clean. The kitchen was good, properly equipped with utensils for basic cooking. Although I didn’t really cook. Just toasted a slice of bread on the skillet. Maybe a basic toaster could be added. The refrigerator is a perfect size. Was provided with dish soap, but maybe a brand new dish sponge would be better. I replaced the dish soap as I used it all up. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside was it had stairs to the rooms. Not suitable for my elderly mom to go up & down. I informed the property owner regarding busted lights & slow to drain sink on the second floor bathroom. But since it was a weekend it wasn’t fixed right away. Not a big deal. But the owner responded quickly. The staff of the building were courteous & attentive specially the lady guards. Highly recommended place to stay in BGC area!!!

Building a bit old but unit is well kept, Clean and well maintained and all you need for a long stay are provided. Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Definitely we will rent it again.

Slight difficulty checking in because there is no procees set up. Finally able to get key from cleaning lady. Pool cloudy and unsanitary. Condo itself was clean, great a/c. Everyone nice enough but not close to what I was told to expect.

loved our stay here! walking distance to many shopping & dining attractions such as one bonifacio high street and central square. the city lights view was also amazing as the unit is located in the 23rd floor. they even granted my request for a 1hr late checkout. thanks for the great stay!

Property manager was hard to contact. Took us 1 hr to get into the room.nec there was no coordination between the guards on duty, the property manager, and OTHER airlines whose planes left before our flight.

立地はいいのですが、古いコンドミニアムでした。トイレはトイレットペーパーを流してはいけないらしく、拭いたトイレットペーパーはゴミ箱に捨てなくてはいけないらしく、匂いが残ります。トイレットペーパーを流して詰まったら罰金だそうです。お気をつけ下さい。

Checking in to a room that had fruit flies and dirty cleaning gear left under sink… they came and cleaned but unfortunately the smell was still present and they used the same dirty rag to clean the area and floor.. cleaners removed rag from room once I ask them to… only stay 2 days due to the smell and fruit flies and tried to cancel remaining 3 days but properly ignored request… not good business practice
