🪧Important Information for Your Stay

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following:

🍁Payments & Deposits:
Reservation Fee: Your reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not arrive for your reservation.


Security Deposit: A ₱1000 security deposit is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided the unit is left clean and undamaged.

🪧 There will be an additional charge of ₱100 per hour or part thereof for check-in and check out BEYOND the AGREED time.

🍁House Rules:
🪧Cooking (if included in the package): Light cooking is allowed. Please avoid strong-smelling dishes like tuyo (dried fish) to prevent lingering odors. A ₱300 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

🪧NO SMOKING 🚭 allowed in the unit.
Penalty: ₱1,000

🪧 Cleanliness: We operate on a "Clean as You Go" policy. Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit throughout your stay. A ₱300 cleaning fee will be applied if the unit is left unclean.

🪧Guests: Minors and pets are not permitted in the unit.

🪧Password for Netflix - Located at the back of the door.

🪧Honesty Store - Use qr code for payment.
