Follow Check in and Check out time.
You have to input your EXACT number of pax here in Agoda, excess or additional pax from your original number of booked headcount will be charged an additional fee. We are per head/night. House can accommodate up to a max of 15pax (house capacity) for now as per DOT mandated during the pandemic.
Please Let me know what vehicle you will bring for the parking space. Please see Baguio ordinance about illegal parking.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
We are not going to allow pets for now due to previous guests who are irresponsible with their pets and have caused damage to our property.
No SMOKING Inside the house. Be it Vape or anything like.
No Running inside the house.
Maintain cleanliness and proper waste disposal.
Avoid vandalism.
AVOID MAKING LOUD NOISES.
If you are traveling with kids please look after them all the time, and ask them not to run/ jump inside the house, especially on the second level of the house.
Damage to the property will be charged.
Return the key to the caretaker before check out.

May we ask you to please follow all the rules and regulations that we have sent to you.
Please respect quiet times (10 pm onwards, NO LOUD NOISES) as imposed by the local government unit of the city.
No visitors are allowed as per mandated by the DOT.
Only those who are included to the booked head-count are allowed inside the premises and use the facility.
Avoid running inside the house, especially on the second level.
Please dispose of your trash properly.
Unplug all the appliances when not in use.
Turn off lights!
Do not move the furniture where it was positioned or placed.
Will you provide towels?
The management will not offer towels
Drinking water | Toiletries?
We suggest to bring or buy your own drinking water. Towels, soap, toothpastes and other personal items shall be of the guests too.
Or you can buy your drinking water at our caretaker’s.
Please be a responsible house guest and tourist.
