Electricity Usage Policy:
• Our units use a loadable electronic electricity system provided by the local electric power provider. To continue offering competitive accommodation rates while encouraging responsible energy consumption, we provide PHP 200.00 worth of electricity load per day, which is consumable and cumulative based on the total length of stay.
• If the allocated electricity load is exceeded during the stay, guests will be responsible for purchasing additional load to cover the excess consumption.

Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit of Php 3,000 is collected upon check-in.
This deposit is fully refundable during check-out, provided it's not utilized, and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire building. Violation incurs a Php 3,000 penalty.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises, with a penalty of Php 5,000. • Paid parking is available nearby and on the premises, subject to availability and at your own risk.

Swimming Pool:
• Access to the swimming pool requires additional charges:
• Php 150 per person per day on regular days.
• Php 300 per person per day on holidays.
• Guests must request permission from the building administration a day in advance to use the pool.
• Pool use requests should be made before the holiday or weekend period, as the building admin does not work on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Requests on Fridays are processed until 3:00 P.M.
• Swimming is not available on Mondays due to pool maintenance.
