The perfect place to stay when you are in Baguio City with family and friends. Our newly renovated 150sqm condominium unit has 2 bedrooms, loft and 2 bathrooms. Tastefully furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Each bedroom with comfortable beds, clean bathroom with water heater, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Our place is situated in the central part of the city, in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants.

Homestay de Marqs is tastefully designed and furnished apartment unit that gives that cozy Baguio feels even when you are indoors.
Our 150sqm unit has 2 separate bedrooms, a loft, 2 bathrooms with water heaters, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining and living room leading to a balcony where you can hang out and enjoy the view and the nice smell of pine trees. Apart from the 2 bedrooms and loft, there is also space dedicated for a driver and a helper.

OTHER AMENITIES:

The area is surrounded with pine trees, perfect for a morning or afternoon walk or jog. There’s a mini park with a playground where kids can play. You may also rent the fire pit at the park and have a bonfire and a barbecue at night.
*Firewood and bonfire pit use has a Php500 charge (may change without prior notice) to be paid at the Admin office

A parking space with 24-hour security.

A Laundry Shop is also available within the vicinity.

There is a nearby 7/11 convenience store, mini supermarket, Nuat Thai Massage, coffee shops and restaurants.

Please be aware that the apartment entrance is CCTV protected for security purposes.

**We also have a maids quarters that has a bunkbed, suitable for 1 driver and 1 house help. Please message us if you wish to include this to your booking for a minimal fee to settled via bank transfer/deposit.

CHECK-IN. Check-in is from 3-7pm. For late check-in, we charge a minimal fee of 250 for our staff who will be assisting you at check-in.

MOVING OF FURNITURE. Moving of furniture is not allowed. We have carefully furnished our apartment. Some pieces are hard to find and have been with the family for decades. Moving of our heavy furniture without care will damage the wooden floor and cause deep scratches. We expect our guests to respect and care for our apartment and belongings.

NO SMOKING POLICY. Europa is STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING compound. The apartment and the apartment balcony are also NON-SMOKING areas. There are designated smoking areas within the Europa grounds. Please cascade these important reminders to your whole family/group.

NOISE POLICY. Europa is a peaceful residential area. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Please observe silence from 10pm onwards. Loud music and voices are not allowed. This must be strictly observed and followed to avoid complaints from the neighbors and the hassle of being prompted by the security.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Please be advised that the Europa Admin also implements a NO PETS ALLOWED policy.
