HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES
In order to make your stay as pleasant and safe as possible, the Management requests your co-
operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the KOREGON
POOL VILLAS. management under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):
1. Security Deposit Upon check in is a must (5,000.00) Refundable Upon check out
2. We don’t accept Refund but Rebooking or Rescheduling is possible.
3. For rebooking or reschedule please give us information 2 weeks before your reservation.
4. No show means the payment or down payment we received is considered as
Damage fee
5. Check in time is 2:00 PM. Please present your valid ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence
Card upon Check-in. Likewise, visitors must present ID and will be returned upon departure.
6. Bills must be settled upon arrival either by payment in cash or Bank transfer. Other charges can
be settled upon departure.
7. Check out time is 12:00 noon please inform the reception if you wish to extend your stay,
extensions will be subjected to availability and rate adjustments. Failure of the guest to vacate
the Villa on period, KOREGON POOL VILLAS management reserves the right to remove and store
the guest belongings in a safe place so that the Villa can be used by the guest for whom it has
been reserved.
8. Daily cleaning is automatically done each day of guest stay. If you wish to exempt your villa, we
humbly ask to hang DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door.
9. The villa cannot be used by more persons than original booked, if more persons are admitted
they will be charged accordingly. (500/head)
10. Management is not liable of any loss, theft or damage of guests belongings, electronic safety
box are provided in the room to store any valuable items.
11. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to villa property caused by themselves or
their friends/visitors.
12. Guests are expected to observed silence at night time (10:00 PM onwards).
13. Pets are not allowed inside villa premises.
14. Smoking inside the villa premises is prohibited, failed to comply may result in charging fine of ₱
5,000. Designated smoking area is available in front of Villa H.
15. Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc. in the
Villa premises by guests is strictly prohibited.
