Where Smoking Is Allowed:
Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the front patio.
To keep the area clean for all guests, please:
• Use ashtrays or proper containers
• Fully extinguish cigarettes

• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in planters

Where Smoking Is Not Allowed:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the home and in:

• Living areas
• Balconies (if applicable)
• Near open windows or doors


Penalties for Violations:
Because smoke odors and residue are difficult and expensive to remove—especially in a well-maintained home—violations of this policy will result in a minimum PHP 15,000 charge for any of the following smoking related issues:
- Odor & Deep Cleaning Fee applied if smoke or vape odor is detected indoors or if smoke residue is found.
- Damage or Replacement Costs
