Please bring socks and all guests must always wear their socks inside the house.

Be mindful of other residents and refrain from rowdy and noisy activities in the pool and common areas. Do not create loud noises or loud music that may irritate other residents and tenants.

I appreciate honest, friendly, respectful guests who treat the space like their own and who tidy up after themselves. Please eat at the dining table, not on the bed, carpet or couch. After eating, please wash the dishes and tidy up the kitchen.

No washing and drying of clothes inside the bathroom or in the unit.

The host allows peaceful parties but expects guests to work on preparation. Shop for party supplies like trash bags, paper napkins and plates and a bottle opener or corkscrew. If you're celebrating something, plastic champagne flutes may be a good idea.

Private parties can easily get out of control, so choose your guests carefully to minimize this possibility.

Refreshments:
If you serve food, choose bite-sized, easy-to-eat foods that don't make a mess. Cheese and crackers, grapes and chips are all good choices. Stay away from salsa and dip; you don't want to get a bill for having the room and linens cleaned. Keep all drinks in one area, preferably the bathroom, where it's not a big deal if a drink is spilled. It's popular (and efficient) to dump ice in the bathroom and store beverages there.

If a guest gets out of hand, it is your responsibility to politely but firmly evict him or her. Do a once-over every so often to determine that furnitures and any linens are not being deliberately soiled or damaged.
