Montalban Transient House 1

All Guest are required to submit the ff. before their stay:
1. One Valid Government Issued ID
2. Please make sure that you are healthy.
(We do not accept covid patients or persons with covid symptoms)

We are different from hotel. During your stay, please treat the transient house as your own home. We entrust our home to you & we expect that you will left it clean and undamage.

Please read our house rules & make sure that you agree and comply with our house rules before booking our place.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS (House Rules)
1. Check in time is 2:00pm.
Check out time is 12pm.
Please be kind and considerate to follow checkin/out rules, let us give everyone the chance to enjoy their time.
2. Please stick to number of pax or you will be charge P400 pesos per head per night for extra guests including children 2 yrs. old above.
3. Security Deposit of P1,000 upon check in to cover possible minor damages that may occur at the property. This is refundable upon check out. Damages that exceeds the deposit amount will be billed separately.
4. QUIET HOURS from 10pm-7am.
This is in accordance with the mandatory law set by local government. (No loud noise, no loud music & no loud voice after 10pm)
5. 24/7 entrance security camera. Please do not unplug cctv and wifi
6. Guest should wash all the dishes used
7. Please throw all your garbage and left over food at the trash can/garbage plastic bags.
8. Do not throw rubbish down the sink as it may cause clogs
9. Sticking of any wall decors (party balloons, banners, etc.) That may cause damage to the wall and any other interiors will charge you more than your security deposit, again, depends on the damage.
10. Appliances are for house usage only, do not bring them outside.
11. Lost key charge: P1,000
12. Damage or loss of appliances/furniture will be charge accordingly.
