New 2 bedroom condo unit at One Spatial Iloilo

Here's a simple guide we ask of our dear guests to follow. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.

GARBAGE:
We truly appreciate you throwing the trash. Waste facility is a small walk from our building. You can ask the guard of it's location (in front of building 2).
Getting rid of the trash will help us maintain the unit free from, ants, cockroaches and other insects. Please no trash leftover upon check out.

COOKING:
Turn on the exhaust fan to avoid tripping the smoke detector.

WATER STOPS:
Tell the guard any guard you see. He will tap a card on the water meter.

POWER OUTAGE:
Emergency light is near the TV.
Outlet near the door can be used for electric fan or charging of phone, it can't be used for other appliances. The outlet will be tripped and won't work when used on other appliances.

Wet Clothes/Items:A cage for each unit's use can be found at the roof deck (RD).
Cage number is the same as the unit's.

STAYING IN:
Keep an open mind on sustainability. Try to conserve water and please don't leave the lights and AC on if not needed. Turn off the lights/exhaust in the bathroom and close the CR door, to better cool the unit with AC.

STEPPING OUT:
Please turn off the AC, TV and lights. This will give the appliances, lights time to rest and energy will be conserved.

Please treat this place as your own. Maintain cleanliness during your stay and help us conserve water and energy by being mindful of usage. We thank you for it.
