Welcome to Serenity Pads! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take note of the following house rules:
1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: [3pm] (Early check-in is subject to availability)
• Check-out: [before 11am] (Late check-out may incur additional charges)
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
2. General Rules
• No smoking inside the unit. A penalty fine will be charged.
• Parties or loud gatherings is ok but make sure to control and minimize the noice.
• No unregistered guests allowed beyond the guest booking occupancy. Extra guest is 300 per head.
• Cooking is not forbidden, but do not cook smelly food as for it is hard to remove the smell on the room, Thankyou!
• Please respect the quiet hours from [10pm] to [8am] to avoid disturbing neighbors.
3. Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Please keep the unit clean and tidy.
• Avoid damages, stains, A penalty fine will be charged.
• Dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
4. Safety & Security
• Lock the doors and windows when leaving the unit.
• Turn off appliances, lights, and air conditioning when not in use.
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
5. Amenities Usage
• Pool and gym access must follow building rules and schedules.
• Towels and linens are for indoor use only—please do not take them outside.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancellation and refund policies apply as per the booking platform or direct agreement.
