NO PARTY POLICY
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of their stay, we upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any person/group found to be on our premises creating excessive noise or having a party will be requested to leave without refund.
SMOKING POLICY
Baguio City strictly implements the anti-smoking ordinance. Please note that we comply to city ordinance and we are a smoke free property. This includes rooms, patios, balcony, comfort rooms, hallways. ANY evidence of smoking is found we will implement a P2,000 fine.
ADDITIONAL/UNDECLARED GUEST
Security or Damage Deposit of P2,000 is required upon check in.
We can accommodate additional guest when its been declared at least 24 hours before check in time with a fee of P800/pax/night. Only registered guest are allowed to enter in the premises, No visitors allowed.
Excess guests stay in the property than agreed upon or more than of what you have booked may subject to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
KITCHEN, ROOMS & APPLIANCES POLICY
Our unit is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, and cooking appliances. You are allowed to use all the furniture and appliances FREE of charge.
We always try our best to give you a very clean unit when you check in.
In return, may we request you to wash the pots and dishes that you have used before you check out. For hygiene purpose please bring your own scotchbrite and dishwashing soap.
PARKING POLICY
Parking slot is available within the premises. Reservation is required. Parking charge is P300/car/night.
DAMAGE POLICY
Guest are responsible for maintaining the condition of furniture, fixtures and equipment inside the unit. If something is already damaged upon check in, please take a photo and notify us so it can be properly documented.
If you damage or decide to take any items inside the unit, you will be subject to pay charges accordingly.
PET POLICY
No pets are allowed at this property.
