POOL FEE IS 200/pax half-day. 400/pax the whole day. Kids 3ft and below are FREE
Tuesday NO SWIMMING WHOLE DAY for MAINTENANCE.
FREE PARKING is outside the Main Gate. Parking at Owner Risk.
You can avail of inside parking ( Inside the Tower ) with a fee, make sure to book ahead of time, but not guaranteed.
Extra guest below 3 years old is the ONLY ONE allowed but subject to a 300 pesos extra guest fee. A total of 5 pax.

The unit has Netflix, Wifi, Video Games, Cooking Utensils, Towels, during your stay.
Sorry, we do not provide shampoo, soap, slippers and bottled water during your stay. That's why we can give a low nightly rate.
Conveniently located for shopping, dining, family entertainment, and leisure.
Guest can use all the space inside the condo unit including use of all the appliances and utensils plus condiments.
