The property was immaculately clean; towels were provided; ample beddings; a water dispenser with extra replacement water gallons; loads of tissue paper for 2 bathrooms; a microwave, induction stove; dishes; and kitchen utensils. In short, you’ll do away with some of the stuff that you usually stock up on if you choose a hotel to stay in. More importantly, the caretaker, Opalyn, was very accommodating. Also, the place was a stone’s throw away from Mine’s View Park and near Wright Park. Very peaceful place to stay in. Will be a return guest, for sure, and will recommend it to family anfd friends.

There is an assigned parking for 1 vehicle. Clean and close to mines view park. Filtered drinking water is available in the Unit. There is a kitchen for cooking. Great for 4-6 guests. A security guard 24/7. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Everything was clean, very organized, and well maintained. Building is new, built in 2023. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the Mines View park. Opalyn, the caretaker was amazing. Zeny, the property manager, was also very kind and professional.

We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Baguio! We were a family of 8 and stayed for 3 days in the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit, which was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The master’s bedroom had a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings even more special. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The room attendant was also very friendly and even helped us carry our luggage to the room, which we truly appreciated. Another great thing about this place is the location. It’s just steps away from Mines View Park, with many restaurants and pasalubong stores nearby, so it was very easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to families and groups visiting Baguio!
