House Rules and Covid-19 Protocol

1. All bookings and reservations should be coursed through our Agoda or Airbnb. Only registered guests are allowed inside our place. Strictly no visitors and additional guests.
2. Due to the pandemic, we are only accepting 7 sleeping guests. They should show no symptoms such as fever, sore throat, body malaise, and cough.
3. We will check your temperature before entering our premises. Guests who have a temperature of 37.5 and above will be denied entry upon our premises.
4. We request that all guests honestly fill in the contact tracing form before entering our agoda.
5. For a contactless self-check in, we request that the guests carry their bags and belongings to the rooms upon check in.
6. Shoes should be left outside in our designated area.
7. We will also give you a personal care kit. It includes your mask, alcohol, and tissue inside a clear sanitized bag.
8. We will provide guests of a towel drying rack in the balcony.
9. The work area converted to a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and mattress is for the additional guests, meaning, the 5th, 6th, and 7th ones. For a group of 4, the sleeping area is in the 2nd floor masters bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 mattresses provided.
10. We assure you that our place has been thoroughly disinfected, cleaned, and sanitized. We have also conducted a fogging disinfection on the entire house including the outdoor areas.
11. We request that guests throw their personal and sanitary items like used tissue and food packaging properly in our garbage cans provided.
12. For a contactless self-check out, we request that the guests carry their bags and belongings outside as well.
