*No EXTRA GUEST allowed as overnight visitors. ( Extra charge PHP 300 )
*No SMOKING allowed inside the unit ( If you do so, only at the balcony )
* Do not use towels for removing make-up. Stain cannot be removed in most cases, with this towel must be replaced at a cost from your security deposit.

* Keep the unit CLEAN and TIDY as much as possible. A rubbish bin is located at the end of the hall on the same floor.
*Please treat out property assets with respect. Any damage/loss incurred in the property during a stay will be charged to the Security deposit.
*This property is for residential only. Any person hurt/property damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the unit owners or its employees any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damaged incurred.

*For RESERVATION OF 15 DAYS or more, up to 1 month or so power bill will be shared with Host (50% ) and is not included in the reservation cost depending on the duration, usage, and my kind discretion shall apply.
