• Security Bond of ₱10,000 applicable to all bookings - payable upon check in.
• Only registered guests are allowed - Additional guests above the reservation number will incur fee of ₱500 per guest per night
• All guests must sign attendance book upon arrival
• Please ensure your trash (including empty bottles) is placed in the bins and crates provided
• Cleaning – For reservations more than one night - a fee of ₱1,000 will apply
• On-site Manager is not a Housekeeper - If you require chores like shopping and cooking, please agree the cost with our on-site

• ABSOLUTELY no frying or grilling of foods inside the house. Please use outdoor facilities
• Eating and drinking not permitted in bedrooms
• Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior approval (which must be agreed at time of booking) Additional
fees will apply
• Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times
• On-site parking not allowed. Please use adjacent parking area (free)
• No loud noise/music after 11 pm
• Rooftop has limited amenities, please use at your discretion
• No smoking indoors. Please use ashtrays provided outdoors. Do not litter the property grounds
• Pets - In consideration of our community – maximum two pets allowed - not permitted indoors
• Please follow instruction manuals for use of air conditioners, TV, oven and microwave
• Immediately notify the owner/on-site manager of any unwelcome visitors or disputes with neighbours
• Please wash and put away your dishes
• Please ensure all air conditioners and other electrical appliances are turned off before leaving
• Close all windows and lock all doors when departing the premises
• Please ensure your trash (including empty bottles) and put in the bins and crates provided. Alternatively, an additional cleaning
fee of ₱1,000 will apply
• Return keys to the on-site manager when you leave
