Simple Homely Wooden Style Condo Unit @ Azure

HOUSE RULES:
1. Pets are not allowed inside the property.
2. Children must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
3. Hanging /drying of clothes at the balcony area is strictly prohibited.
4. Only the maximum number of people per unit is allowed to use the amenities.
5. Possession of illegal drugs/substances inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property. In addition, you will be subject to criminal charges.
6. Damages and losses in the unit include but are not limited to: stains on linen, broken items, wall stains, paint scratches, etc. will be charged accordingly.
7. Smoking inside the room is not allowed. A Php2,000.00 fine per occurrence will be charged to any guests who violate the smoking policy. Guests can smoke on the balcony.
8. Cooking food with a foul smell like dried fish or tuyo is not permitted. A penalty of Php2,000.00 per occurrence.
9. Loud gathering, partying and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited inside the property. a penalty of Php5,000.00/ and or immediate removal from the property will be imposed.
10. Please keep your Proximity cards in a safe place and must surrender them upon check out.
Note: Penalty of P500 for lost Proximity card and P150 for the lost key.

PRE-REGISTRATION RULES:
1. Guests with a confirmed booking must submit ahead of time all the needed details, including Government Id and vaccination card for approval of the GAF (Guest Advised Form).
2. Make sure to PRINT OUT the GAF once you received it via email, especially for those coming by car.
3. Screenshot will do for those coming by taxi or drop off only.

POOL SCHEDULE:
Monday- CLOSE (whole day maintenance)
Tuesday to Sunday - OPEN
7:00am to 12:00pm
12:00pm to 2:00pm - BREAKTIME
2:00pm to 7:00pm
Note:
P250 per pax for morning use and P250 per pax for afternoon use.

CAR PARKING FEE PAYABLE AT AZURE:
Normal rate: P380 (per night)
Hourly rate: P65 for the 1st 3 hours and P15 for extra additional per hour

MOTORCYCLE PARKING FEE:
P50 for the 1st 3 hours and P10 for extra additional per hour
