The following must be observed or adhered to during your stay:

1. FULL PAYMENT must be settled upon arrival and before handing over of keys. No cancellation policy.

Accommodation can be rebooked but notify us 3 days before the target date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

2. CHECK-IN is from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM only.

Advise us within 24 hrs before CHECKOUT to give us time to assess the house for upkeep, loss and damages. Checkout is up to 11:00 AM only, to give us time make up the house for the next guests.

Additional charge of 1000 per hour for any extension before check-in or after check-out time and subject to permission of the owner/host.

3. Cleaning fee is collected upon booking and covers cleaning before checking in and after check-out only. Request for cleaning service during your stay is not covered by the fees.

4. Turn off water faucets, AC, lights and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house for FIRE HAZARDS and to conserve energy.

5. Cooking is allowed, as long as you make sure that the stoves are switched off and cleaned after use.

5. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/house. Smoke outside at the garden, balcony or porch area and dispose cigarette butts properly into the ashtrays. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE ARTIFICIAL GRASS to avoid FIRE HAZARDS.

6. Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin according to material. Care taker will collect garbage on a regular basis.

7. Gambling and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. The host or owner are under the obligation by law to report any illegal activity within the premises with or without warning.

8. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons including visitors.

9. Lock your door at all times, and keep your valuables. We will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.

10. Replacement cost shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of keys are filed for damages and will be charged on the guests accounts under agoda Resolution Centre.

11. Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but avoid disruptive behaviour.

12. Respect the privacy of other people in the house and the neighbourhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises.

Any complaint of excessive noises or unruly behaviour will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund.

13. Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury.

14. Use of Golf Club and Village amenities instructions are provided on the Guest Guide within the house. Please follow the Golf Club and Village Clubhouse Rules that their staff will provide.

Should there be any report of non-compliance or unruly behaviour will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund.
