No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Guests are requested to smoke outside and dispose of their cigarette butts properly.
Compliance with local laws: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including noise ordinances and smoking laws.
No pets: Pets are not allowed in the unit unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
