4.) For Gym Access: Only Available for Tenants/Owners However, it will be FREE if paid 3 month direct booking or add 2000 extra if month only stay.

5.) Cleaning and electricity deposit of
500 for 2-6days
1,000 is required for 7days
2,000 for 7-15days
3500 for 16-30days.

Note: This must be paid u[on check-in and key endorsement.

Safety is our priority, the Neighborhood is safe, not noisy and we are protected by 24/7 security and CCTV. All guests and Tenants are verified every rooms. The building has rules about noisy hours and a Roving guard always available 24/7.

For Daily/Monthly Rental we offer 30,000 per month. We intended that the rental rate is less than its market running rate because we want guests to save money. therefore, by self controlled energy consumption that will help you monitor and save more. A Cap of 2,500 is allocated every month.

The Electricity is 12pesos per kw/h. it will be charged upon check out for excess from 2500 Cap. A minimum of 3,500 electricity deposit is required per month. we will provide a reading upon check in and check out. Thank you

For smoking, it is allowed at balcony but should place cigar butts on a secured bottle or ash tray & dispose properly.
