Please treat the unit as your own home, and enjoy all its comforts and conveniences.
1. Pets are strictly NOT allowed.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit.
Client found smoking or room smelling of cigarettes will incur a FINE of 5,000 pesos upon check out.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors.
4. Please keep in mind that any damage or missing items will be charged to your deposit.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service.
6. Please take special care with the key and access card provided to you.
For issued RFID cards, please make sure it's returned to the mailbox together with the key upon check-out. The card must be surrendered as this has a P500 penalty fee for lost or unreturned RFID cards.
7. For the duration of your stay, you have free access to the pool and gym located on the 4th floor. Both amenities are open every day from 6 am until 10 pm unless they have scheduled maintenance for either facility during the day. Be sure to wear the proper gym/swimming attire.
8. Basic toiletries and drinking water are provided but once consumed, guests should provide their own.
You are allowed to cook as we have complete kitchen utensils available.
CUTLERY is hidden inside the panel drawer inside the upper drawer under the cooker.
9. The collection of garbage is within a time frame. You can leave properly sealed bags outside the unit STRICTLY between 10 am-11 am and 8 pm-9 pm every day. If not able, then you can directly throw the trash at the Garbage bins located in Basement 1 of the building. Please do not leave any garbage/trash outside the timeframe as you will be penalized for it.
10. You are also allowed to have guest/s during your stay, but they can not stay overnight, and they have to register too at the Concierge as your guests.
11. The unit doesn't come with free parking, but there is an ample parking space in the basement of the building for a fee. That would cost you P50 for the first 3 hrs and P30 per succeeding hour. P200 will be charged additionally as overnight parking if you check out after 2 AM the following day. Rates may change without prior notice, though. Most of those who leave their cars for the night would make sure to bring their cars out of the parking before 2 AM, then just park back in to avoid the P200 additional charge.
