🧼 CLEANLINESS & KITCHEN USE

✅ Clean as you go
✅ Dispose of leftover cooking oil in a plastic bag and throw it in the garbage area (outside the lobby, right side)
❗ Do NOT pour oil into the kitchen sink
✅ Wash all dishes and return kitchenware to their original places before check-out
✅ Dispose of garbage properly in the designated area (outside the lobby, right side)

🍳 COOKING GUIDELINES

❌ Do NOT cook food that produces heavy smoke or strong/foul odors
✅ Keep the main door closed while cooking

🚫 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

No Pets Allowed

No Vandalism

No Smoking

No Illegal Substances

No Throwing Objects from Windows

No Drying Clothes or Laundry on Windows

No Loud Music, Shouting, or Excessive Noise

No Doormats, Slippers, Shoes, Racks, or Umbrella Stands in Hallways

No Unregistered Guests Inside the Unit

🤝 BEHAVIOR & COURTESY

✅ Keep noise to a minimum
✅ Respect neighbors and maintain peace and quiet at all times

🔌 UTILITIES & SECURITY

✅ Turn off air conditioner, TV, and lights when leaving the unit
✅ Always keep your keys with you
🔑 Lost keys will incur a replacement fee

⚠️ PENALTIES & EXTRA CHARGES

Violations of house rules may result in penalties.
💸 Damages or loss of unit property will be charged accordingly.

Fees:
🧹 ₱500 Cleaning Fee – if the unit is left dirty
🗑️ ₱200 Garbage Disposal Fee – if trash is left inside the unit

🚪 CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

🕛 Check-out Time: 12:00 NOON
🔑 Leave the key inside the unit and gently close the door
