House Rules
- Entrance in the subdivision is 20 pesos for each car, to be paid to the security guards

- Php 4,000.00 should be deposited to our staff upon check-in for the security fee and will be returned upon checkout after confirming that no damages have been done to the property

- Our staff are there as caretakers only, should there be anything that you need outside of the resort whether to buy or get something.

- Kindly bring your own towels, toiletries and inside clean slippers

- Since we are surrounded by nature, insects and critters are abundant in the area. We encourage the guests to keep the room doors closed at all times to avoid insects entering the rooms

- The resort will charge for all stains (henna tattoos, massage oils, etc)

- Guests are not allowed to enter from 9 pm-6 am

- Kitchenwares and utensils are limited so it would be better if you could also bring your own

-Use of videoke is strictly from 9 am-9 pm only

- We have 4cars parking space inside the property. Park at your own risk outside the property.

- No smoking inside the house. The gazebo is the only smoking area in the property.

- No food or drinks in bedrooms

-Package includes 4room good for 20pax only. Additional guests has an additional fee of P500.00 per person for overnight stay and P350.00 per person for day tour. Attic has an additional fee of P6,000.00 per night.

-Verified infractions will incur a charge equivalent to one night.

Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations
-Wear Proper Swim Attire-

Children 14 years old and under may not be left unattended.
No running, diving, or horse playing around the pool area.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children.
Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm.
Eating is not allowed in the swimming pool area. Any type of glass, china ware, or breakables is strictly not allowed in the pool area.
Please clean up after yourselves. Maintain cleanliness.
Right conduct- We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fraternity, haze, initiation, or fighting under the influence of illegal drugs or too much alcohol intake.
Losses or damages- We try to operate in a safe environment.
Firearms or weapons are strictly not allowed.
Property and equipment- Guest/ guests that will-fully or negligently deface or destroy property or/and equipment of the resort or for other guests, will be held liable for the full value thereof.
