Strictly No Undeclared Visitors Allowed. Only the names and IDs submitted to us here on agoda will be allowed entry to the house. Our caretaker will only allow entry to declared guests whose names were given to us in advance. So please declare the number of guests accordingly.
Extra guests will be charged PHP 150 per guests per night maximum guests of twenty (20) pax for this listing. Extra guest fees will be paid in cash prior check out.
Payment may be made thru Gcash (papa), Online bank deposits (BDO), agoda (credit card transactions)
Limited Parking maximum of two vehicles are allowed to park per guests booking
Parking fees is Php 100 per vehicle.
Boating and Kayak activities, Karaoke are available for additional fees. Karaoke is allowed only up to 10PM (local ordinance).
Swimming in the beach is only allowed up to 6:00PM. For safety of the guests, night swimming is restricted.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own snorkeling gear and wear aqua shoes.
