TWO (2) BEDROOM APARTMENT

We need the full names and age of all guests 2 days before arrival to inform the Admin Office of your arrival. Kindly send the guests list here in Agoda message. Please prepare a photocopy/xerox copy of Valid ID/passport for each guest to be given to reception upon check-in.

Note: maximum of 4 guests only included in the payment. Additional guest will pay P400/night extra each. The unit maximum guest capacity is 6 (six) only.

You can cook meals & wash clothes as the unit is equipped with Full appliances.

Here are my strict rules:
- No parties or group gatherings.
- No smoking inside the unit. Balcony is the smoking area.
- No vandalism.
- No pets allowed.
- No sticking of chewing gum anywhere.
- Electricity is very costly in the Philippines so please take care, switch off the aircon and lights and unplug appliances when not in use and before you go out.
- Furniture, appliances and other miscellaneous items are not to be removed from the premises and all must be left in their original position at all times.
- Take utmost care when using any furniture and/or appliance. If something gets damaged during your stay, please inform us. You are liable to pay for any damages made in
any appliance, furniture or any part of the unit.
- The guest/s is/are solely responsible for his/her/their personal belongings.
- Please be considerate of neighbour by keeping your voices down during late nights and early mornings. This will save us from complaints.
- Please keep the unit clean. Wash dishes after use. Throw waste in trash bins.
- CLEANING SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE OF P900 OR $18
