I rented a studio here from june to august. As an american, safety is always a concern. I felt very safe here and in the surrounding areas outside. Very friendly security who always says hello to you as you enter or exit. The location is perfect. Venice is a 2 minute walk away and you have a mart next door. Just north on the island of floresia, there is also a night market with food stalls. When i had any problems with the studio, the staff was always very helpful. If they dont recognize you, they will stop you as you enter, but that is their responsibility. After going through a few times, they will remember you staying there. There is a pool that is never overly crowded. Too bad i couldnt use it much due to the rain. My only complaint is that they have a jacuzzi but it is never heated.

The location is good, 5-10 minutes walk to Venice grand canal mall, grocery and convenience stores located just on the ground floor. But the lobby on the 6th floor was hot and smelled like cigarettes. Cockroaches in the room.

Very good location, safe to walk with the baby in a stroller, very close to vinece grand canal, the building is still good and clean, but the lobby is small and there is no sofa, some guests are standing with their belongings. But i love staying and living here, the staff admins, guards, receptionists, and even the gardeners are all friendly and accommodating.

Lokasinya deket ke toko serba ada, tempat makan, bioskop, tempat laundry, sama laundry. Terus, disini ada kolam renang sama fasilitas kebugaran. Udah gitu, pelayanannya bagus. Abis itu, disini ada kolam renang sama fasilitas kebugaran. Terakhir, lobinya lumayan bikin bosen.

Overall, if youre looking for a shortterm stay, this is a good option. Its in a secure area, and you can always go for a walk there and find some respectable people on the road. Many companies have their call centers open in the area. Its in a prime residential area due to its location, which falls into a somewhat not so affordable category for me, but the amenities more than make up for it. Depending on your negotiation skills, whether you get the a deal through a broker or the owner directly, the facility being semi or fully furnished, and for how long do you intend to remain, you might have to pay somewhere between 15 and 18k that could go up to 30k. It has a swimming pool, a gym, a few 24hour stores nearby, and 24hour guards on duty who are very polite and accommodating of any large or small requests. The area is safe, one can go for a walk at any time and you can find some decent people on the road. Many companies have their call centers opened in the area.

We were suppose to stay at the hotel but were told there was a problem with the commode in the bathroom and instead were offered a condo at One Up Town Residence. The location was great as it connected to the mall and the restaurants at the mall were fantastic. The only thought I had from reading other reviews was the I saw the same scenario with the bad toilet and others offered a condo room instead. The only down side was there was no room service so you had to wash the towels and linens yourself, but there was a washer there in the room. If you are staying for several days you will have to buy liquid laundry detergent for the washing machine.

Room is nice and clean. Perfect location and the host is so nice and easy to talk to . I had an early check in request and its not a problem to him. Would love to go back.

Lokasinya dekat dengan Venice Grand Canal Mall. Semua yang saya butuhkan sangat mudah diakses, seperti laundry, bioskop, tempat makan, dan ada juga toko serba ada di dekatnya. Lobi mereka agak membosankan Tapi pelayanannya bagus dan kamarnya bagus. Mereka memiliki gym dan kolam renang.
