• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved and are subject to availability

💵 Security & Fees
• Security Deposit: Php 3,000 cash upon check-in (refundable within 24 hours after inspection)
• Pets: Php 1,000 per pet; pets are not allowed on beds or in the pool. Please keep pets leashed and clean up after them.

📋 House Manual & Guidelines
• Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Decorations: Adhesives are not allowed on walls or furniture. Celebrations are welcome; please clean up afterward
• Cleanliness: Keep the property tidy and wash dishes after use
• Trash: Separate recyclables from non-recyclables; use designated bins

🍳 Kitchen & Dining
• Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, and full-size refrigerator
• Dining area with essentials provided
• BBQ griller available; bring your own charcoal

🏊 Pool & Entertainment
• 6-ft deep private swimming pool — please follow safety guidelines
• Living room and entertainment area have Smart TVs with cable
• Board games and leisure areas for your enjoyment

📶 Connectivity
• Wi-Fi available throughout the villa (network name and password provided at check-in)

⚡ Power Supply
• The villa is equipped with a backup generator (genset) to provide power during unexpected outages.
• In the event of a power interruption, please allow a few minutes for the generator to start and restore power.
• We kindly ask guests to use electrical appliances responsibly while the generator is in operation to help avoid overloading the system.

⚡ Safety & Energy-Saving Practices
• Switch off unused lights and appliances
• Use air-conditioning, heaters, and electrical appliances responsibly

🛒 Essentials: We highly recommend purchasing and bringing all essential items (food, drinks, and personal necessities) before arrival or early in your trip, as nearby stores may require travel time. This will help ensure a more convenient and hassle-free stay.
