👉Important Reminders👈

🔸 Fire Safety: For your safety, kindly switch off all electrical and gas appliances (including stoves, oven, microwave), lights, air conditioning units, and any electronic devices before leaving the Villa. This will help reduce fire risks and prevent power surges.
🔸 Appliance Care: Please handle all appliances with care during your stay.
🔸 Water Usage: Kindly turn off the water tap or shower after use to conserve water.
🔸 Air Conditioning: The air conditioner in the living room is available for an additional charge of PHP 1,000 per day. Please inform me directly or let the housekeeper know if you wish to use it.

Parking:

**Car Parking: Please park your car outside the Villa, on the left-hand side.
**Motorbike Rental: Should you wish to rent a motorbike, a rental shop is just a 3-minute walk away. You may park the motorbike in the designated area within the Villa premises.

- First and foremost, enjoy your stay to the fullest!
- We ask that you help us preserve the ambience of the Villa for the enjoyment of all guests.
-**Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets; however, please ensure they are well-behaved.
-**Noise: Our neighbours are friendly and approachable, so please respect their peace, especially at night. We kindly ask for no Karaoke between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and to keep noise levels low during this time.
- **Guest Registration: Please inform us of any additional guests. Charges may apply for unregistered guests.
- **Food Consumption: Kindly refrain from consuming food inside the bedrooms.
- **Smoking: For your convenience, we have a designated smoking area at the back of the Villa. Please use the provided ashtrays. E-cigarettes are allowed in any outdoor area.
- **Damages: Should any damages occur, kindly inform us promptly for repair or replacement (charges may apply).
- **Entertainment: Feel free to enjoy the TV and Netflix during your stay.
- **Housekeeper Assistance: Please reach out to the housekeeper should you have any questions about the appliances.
- **Linen Change: Linen will be changed every three days. If you prefer not to use this service, kindly inform us.
- **The most important rule: Enjoy your holiday and make the most of your time here! :)
